This site was acquired back in 2019 after the land went to auction in London. It's situated next to a property I own and was up for sale by the advertising company JCDecaux.
After fierce competition the land was secured and then planning was sought for a mixed use commercial property consisting of ground floor office space with 2 large residential flats on the uppers. Planning has now been granted and works due to begin in late 2023 with completion target for Spring 2024
