The Albion Road project in Chesterfield was identified as a fairly straight forward project. We looked at ways to expand the square footage of the property and decided to build an extention on to the existing kitchen giving far more living/communal space.

The plan was to convert the property from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom all ensuite, giving the tenants ultimate privacy and space. We also made sure each bedroom had a desk as this is now an in demand amenity given that more people are working from home.

The Albion Road project was completed on time, despite facing big challenges due to COVID in 2020. The HMO rooms were all let out within a month of the final decorating, which is brilliant. The standard of the finish was excellent, owing to the reputation of our trades team and agents, creating such wonderful living spaces.
