United Property Group was founded in 2018 and to date has built a portfolio of 30+ multi let rooms, Buy to Let’s, Commercial Units and land developments for mixed use.
About The Owner
I am Jonathan Swain, the owner of United Property Group Limited. I began my career in online retail and have since sold more than £30m worth of goods online through various platforms.
Having gone into property personally in the beginning with a small buy-to-let portfolio I soon realised the large potential that was available in Property. From this United Property Group was created and has since expanded into a large-scale business with multiple HMO’s, BTL’s, Retail units and development projects.
We work closely with builders & letting agents in areas where we have sound knowledge and understanding of the property market. This allows us to provide investors with the opportunity to get better returns on their hard-earned money than standard interest rates and a hands-off approach in growing their savings. Giving you freedom and peace of mind.
